HIGH Fitness is a nonstop, high-energy workout that blends high-intensity cardio with moderate, active recovery. With a modern twist on aerobics, this no-equipment class combines simple, set choreography with cardio, toning, and push tracks that are easy to follow and seriously effective. Fun, approachable, and adaptable to all fitness levels, you can go high or go low either way, you’ll break a sweat and boost your energy.

Tuesday, Wednesday & Thursday 6:00 – 6:30 am Group Room

Get in, Get out & Get sweaty in this High Intensity Interval Training Class with a mixture of Strength and Cardio training for all fitness levels. This workout is about challenging yourself.

Tuesday 6:30pm – 7:30 pm

This is an intermediate Yoga class, where both seasoned yogis and “advanced beginners” are invited to join. This class seamlessly blends the stillness of Hatha with the fluidity of Vinyasa, offering a balanced practice that enhances strength, balance, and flexibility. Through a variety of engaging poses, we’ll deepen our practice together and cultivate mindfulness on the mat. Join us as we embark on this journey of self-discovery and growth.

Thursday 8:30 – 9:30 am

All-level yoga classes cater to everyone, from beginners to advanced practitioners. With modifications and variations for each pose, these classes offer a supportive environment where you can practice at your own pace and enhance your yoga journey

Chair yoga is for all bodies, but especially if you have sore knees, back, hips, if you are rehabbing anything, or if you are older and brand new to yoga. It’s a gentler entry, though we do build strength, flexibility and balance here too.

Get ready to dance, sweat, and have a blast as you move to the rhythm. Led by our energetic and passionate instructor Sonya, this high-energy workout is designed to burn calories, improve cardiovascular health, and tone muscles—all while having fun! Whether you’re a seasoned dancer or a beginner, our easy-to-follow choreography makes it easy to join in and feel the groove. Come join us on the dance floor and let the music move you in our Zumba class!

Balance & Build is a Pilates-inspired strength and stability class focused on controlled, intentional movement to improve balance, core strength, flexibility, and functional muscle tone. Using bodyweight and light resistance, it’s approachable for all fitness levels while still offering a solid challenge. Leave feeling stronger, more mobile, and energized.
