Group Fitness Classes

Monday, Wednesday and Friday 7:00 – 8:00 am This class is strategically designed to sculpt your body and deliver the results you’ve been longing for. Mondays are dedicated to upper body and core exercises, focusing on proper form with body weight movements, resistance bands, dumbbells, and barbells. Wednesdays target the lower body and core, ensuring a well-rounded approach to your fitness goals. Lastly, Fridays are high-energy cardio circuit days, designed to boost your heart rate and burn calories effectively. With our expert guidance, you’ll learn proper form while targeting specific muscle groups, setting the foundation for a strong and sculpted physique. 

Tuesday & Thursday 6:00 – 6:30 am Get in, Get out & Get sweaty in this High Intensity Interval Training Class with a mixture of Strength and Cardio training for all fitness levels. This workout is about challenging yourself.

Tuesday 7:30 – 8:30 pm This is an intermediate Yoga class, where both seasoned yogis and “advanced beginners” are invited to join. This class seamlessly blends the stillness of Hatha with the fluidity of Vinyasa, offering a balanced practice that enhances strength, balance, and flexibility. Through a variety of engaging poses, we’ll deepen our practice together and cultivate mindfulness on the mat. Join us as we embark on this journey of self-discovery and growth.

Friday 8:30 – 9:30 am Step into our Beginning Yoga class, designed especially for newcomers to the practice. Whether you’re taking your first steps onto the mat or seeking to establish a solid foundation, this class is perfect for you. Through gentle and accessible sequences, we’ll introduce fundamental yoga poses, breathwork techniques, and mindfulness practices to cultivate a sense of ease and presence. 

Friday 10:00 am- 10:45 am Chair yoga is for all bodies, but especially if you have sore knees, back, hips, if you are rehabbing anything, or if you are older and brand new to yoga. It’s a gentler entry, though we do build strength, flexibility and balance here too.

Wednesdays 7:00 – 8:00 pm Thursdays 7:30 – 8:30 pm Saturday 8:00 – 9:00 am Get ready to dance, sweat, and have a blast as you move to the rhythm. Led by our energetic and passionate instructor Sonya, this high-energy workout is designed to burn calories, improve cardiovascular health, and tone muscles—all while having fun! Whether you’re a seasoned dancer or a beginner, our easy-to-follow choreography makes it easy to join in and feel the groove. Come join us on the dance floor and let the music move you in our Zumba class!

Saturday 9:15 – 10:15 am   Introducing Zumba Strong, the ultimate full-body workout experience that will push your limits and leave you feeling empowered. This high-intensity interval training (HIIT) class combines cardio, muscle conditioning, and plyometric movements to torch calories and build strength. Led by our certified instructor Sonya, each session is a dynamic and energetic journey, designed to challenge your body and mind. With a mix of bodyweight exercises and upbeat music, Zumba Strong will help you achieve your fitness goals while having a blast.
