My name is Lexi, I am a personal trainer at Vault Fitness, and have been in the bodybuilding/ fitness industry for about 7 1/2 years. I have competed in several fitness arenas including National Physique Committee and CrossFit, and have recently included Powerlifting.
My passion for weightlifting started in 2016 and my love for the sport has grown with every year. After having my son in 2017 I decided I wanted to pursue a career in helping others be confident in their own skin. I have a big emphasis on the recovery and mobility side of weightlifting and training after I fractured my spine this year deadlifting. I have worked alongside physical therapists and have received a certification as a stretch therapist.
My main focus is around helping people be able to do daily activities without further injury and pain. My favorite part about being a personal trainer is helping my clients strength train, and watching them lift weights safely and correctly and realizing how strong and amazing their bodies actually are!
